MY ROLE AND BUSINESS LEADERSHIP IMPACT
I was instrumental in shaping and executing a new Global brand campaign slated for rollout in the U.S., India, Brazil, and additional markets. From foundational research and testing to shoot and post-production I led the team and clients. Given the trust I built with my clients, when it was time to execute the campaign in India, I was asked to lead both client and agency relationships.
During the planning phase of the campaign, I identified early on that the complexity of managing deliverables across multiple global markets required a more organized and empowering approach. While we had some production support, I took it upon myself to provide one-on-one operational support to our day-to-day client, ensuring she felt equipped and confident in her role. I created a comprehensive reference guide that tracked every asset in development and was updated daily for her to easily follow. Additionally, I collaborated with her to develop a detailed deliverables tracker, which ultimately became the foundational tool that the production team built out for the shoot. This proactive structure not only improved internal workflow and visibility but also increased team confidence and ensured a smoother execution process across markets.
Beyond the campaign itself, my ability to deliver with speed and clarity led clients to frequently request support on executive-level presentations and fast-turn deliverables, which I consistently managed by activating and coordinating my team as needed.
